Assistant Showroom Manager

📋 Description

• Support the Showroom Manager with scheduling, coverage, and guest flow
• Greet guests, answer questions, and make thoughtful product recommendations on the floor
• Recruit, onboard, and train new staff, then coach them with ongoing feedback
• Keep merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness at Babylist brand standard
• Step in as acting Showroom Manager when needed
• Help plan and run VIP appointments, events, and activations that bring the Babylist brand to life

🎯 Requirements

• You've led a retail team hands-on: hiring, training, scheduling, and managing performance (4+ years
• You're comfortable with tough conversations: giving direct feedback, coaching toward improvement
• You can run a busy floor on your own: you set priorities, solve problems in the moment, and keep
• You deliver a personalized, memorable guest experience and empower your team to do the same
• You keep a space organized and welcoming: visual merchandising, inventory standards, and showroom
• You can work weekends, evenings, and flexible shifts as the showroom schedule requires
