Apply skill and experience from relevant roles to new situations and create opportunities for self
Leverage business results to make real-time decisions that drive the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of leadership experience
Visual merchandising experience with an eye for detail and brand storytelling
A passion for coaching and developing people, especially early-career talent
A sense of curiosity with the confidence to bring forward new ideas
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to build fast and effective relationships with the rest of your store team
