📋 Description

• Provide high levels of customer service and drive sales
• Inventory control and assist in reviewing orders
• Interview, hire, and train staff
• Collaborate with corporate, vendors, and buyers
• Coach staff to improve customer experience and product knowledge
• Schedule staffing to meet demand and store performance

🎯 Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• 3 years retail management experience
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends, holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and count cash accurately
