Execute core bakery operations: inventory, scheduling, staffing, admin checks
Maintain product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience standards
Support ordering, inventory accuracy, shrink control
Assist in schedule creation and labor execution to meet operational targets
Lead and develop team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training
Step in for BOM during absence and drive daily operations

🎯 Requirements

1+ year leadership in restaurant, retail, or hospitality ops
Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
Coach and develop hourly team members
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Ability to perform bakery roles during peak periods
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
