• Lead bakery operations with urgency, accuracy, accountability.
• Operate at near-BOM level; step into full bakery ownership when needed.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, staffing, and administrative checklists.
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience.
• Assist in ordering, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
• Develop staff; coach, train, and foster growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Ability to perform all bakery roles during peak periods
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
