Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day bakery operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Lead the bakery independently when the Bakery Operations Manager is away
• Coach, motivate, and develop Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew members
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training
• Help create schedules and manage labor
• Support ordering, inventory management, product rotation, and shrink control

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or another customer-focused
• Experience coaching, motivating, and developing hourly team members
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump into any bakery role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational priorities
