Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Manage store team and drive overall store success.
• Drive sales goals with friendly, enthusiastic service.
• Maintain product knowledge and explain features/benefits.
• Oversee store operations: opening/closing, returns, and special orders.
• Allocate tasks among Sales Associates and train the team.
• Lead by example in store presentation and merchandising.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales management and customer service in specialty retail.
• Experience coaching and mentoring a team (retail or otherwise).
• Proficient with MS Excel and POS; RetailPro experience.
• Self-starter delivering personalized retail experiences.
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and engaged with riding community.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest is a plus but not required.
