Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Share responsibility for the store's team and overall success.
• Drive sales by coaching associates to meet goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and explain features to customers.
• Oversee opening/closing, returns, special orders, and task delegation.
• Lead by example in store presentation and merchandising.
• Support training and promote from within.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales management and customer service in specialty retail
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a team
• Proficient with MS Excel and RetailPro POS
• Self-starter with ability to deliver personalized retail experience
• Open-minded and eager to learn, connected to riding community
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired (not required)
