Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Share responsibility for the store's team and overall success.
• Hold Sales Associates accountable for meeting sales goals with friendly, enthusiastic service.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide in-depth product info.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, returns/store credit, special orders, and task delegation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales management, product sales, and customer service in specialty retail.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and/or teaching a team.
• Proficient with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Self-starter who delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• Open-minded and eager to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired.
