📋 Description

• Share responsibility for managing the store team and overall store success.
• Lead sales goals by coaching staff and delivering friendly service.
• Maintain product knowledge and explain features and benefits.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, returns, and special orders.
• Delegate tasks and train associates to reach targets.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and engage riders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales management and customer service in specialty retail.
• Experience coaching, leading, mentoring a team.
• Proficient with MS Excel and RetailPro POS systems.
• Self-starter who delivers a personalized retail experience.
• Open to learning and engaging with the riding community.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest preferred (not required).
