Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Manage store team and drive sales toward goals.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service with product knowledge.
• Oversee opening/closing, returns/store credit, special orders, tasks.
• Train and lead Sales Associates; coach to meet targets.
• Ensure store presentation and merchandising.
• Stay current on brand, products, and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales management and customer service in specialty retail.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring a team.
• Proficient with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Self-starter who delivers personalized retail experiences.
• Open to learning and joining the riding community.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge/interest strongly desired but not required.
