📋 Description

• Manage store team and drive sales goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales management in specialty retail.
• Experience coaching and mentoring a team.
• Experience with MS Excel and RetailPro POS.
• Self-starter focused on delivering personalized retail experience.
• Open to learning and engaging with riding community.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest preferred.
