Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Manage store team and drive sales goals
• Maintain product knowledge; explain features and benefits
• Oversee store operations: opening/closing, returns, special orders
• Lead by example; train and motivate Sales Associates
• Ensure excellent customer service and shopping experience
• Merchandising and store presentation; stay updated on brand info

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales management, product sales, customer service in retail
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring a team (retail or other)
• Experience with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Self-starter who delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience
• Open to learning and being part of the riding community
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest desired but not required
