Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Lead store team, drive sales and customer service
• Maintain product knowledge, explain features and benefits
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, returns, store credit, special orders, tasks
• Provide training, lead by example, and communicate sales goals
• Keep store presentation clean, stocked, organized, and merchandised

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales management, product sales, customer service in specialty retail
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and/or teaching a team
• Proficient with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Self-starter with outstanding personalized retail experience
• Open minded and eager to learn and be part of riding community
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired but not required
