📋 Description

• Manage store team and drive overall store success.
• Hold Sales Associates accountable for meeting sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge; explain features and benefits.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, returns/store credits, and special orders.
• Divide tasks among Sales Associates to keep operations smooth.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and engage with riders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales management, product sales, and customer service.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring a team.
• Experience with MS Excel and RetailPro POS.
• Self-starter delivering an outstanding personalized retail experience.
• Open-minded and eager to learn; enjoy being part of the riding community.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired.
