📋 Description

• Manage store team and drive overall store success.
• Lead sales efforts with friendly, enthusiastic service.
• Maintain product knowledge; explain features and benefits.
• Assist with opening/closing, returns, special orders.
• Allocate tasks; mentor Sales Associates.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and engage customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales management and customer service in specialty retail.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring a team.
• Proficient with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Self-starter with outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• Open to learning and being part of the riding community.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or strong interest (preferred).
