📋 Description

• Assist with managing the store team and achieve sales goals.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service and product knowledge.
• Oversee store operations: opening/closing, returns, special orders.
• Lead training and communicate sales goals to the team.
• Maintain store presentation: cleaning, stocking, merchandising.
• Stay current on brand, events, and product information.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales management and customer service in specialty retail.
• Experience coaching and mentoring a team (retail or similar).
• Proficient with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Self-starter who delivers a personalized retail experience.
• Open to learning and being part of the riding community.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest preferred.
