📋 Description

• Manage store team and drive overall store success.
• Hold Sales Associates accountable for sales goals with quality service.
• Maintain product knowledge and explain features to customers.
• Assist with opening/closing, returns, special orders, and tasks.
• Lead by example; train and motivate the team to hit goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales management, product sales, and customer service.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and teaching a team.
• Proficient with MS Excel and RetailPro POS systems.
• Self-starter with a personalized retail experience.
• Open-minded and eager to learn; part of the riding community.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired.
