• Lead store team and drive store success

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales management and customer service in retail
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring a team
• Proficient with MS Excel and RetailPro POS
• Self-starter delivering personalized retail experience
• Eager to learn and be part of riding community
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest preferred
