📋 Description

• Drive store sales by training, leading, coaching, and setting daily goals across Zones.
• Oversee store appearance and merchandising per standards (clean, stocked, organized).
• Share brand knowledge to keep the team informed and engaged.
• Participate in interview and hiring to build a winning team.
• Coach and develop Zone team; ensure GEAR'D UP selling process and inventory accuracy.
• Represent Comoto at events and take on additional duties as needed.
