🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales management and retail service
• Experience leading and coaching a team
• Proficient with MS Excel and RetailPro POS
• Self-starter delivering personalized retail experience
• Eager to learn and be part of the riding community
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest preferred
