Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Share responsibility for managing the store's team members and overall success
• Hold Sales Associates accountable for meeting sales goals by ensuring friendly, enthusiastic
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide customers/team members with in-depth information on
• Assist with and be knowledgeable in all store operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Lead sales driving, provide training, lead by example, communicate sales goals
• Assign and assist with cleaning, stocking, organizing, and merchandising tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales management, product sales, customer service experience, ideally in specialty retail
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and/or teaching a team
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Self-starter mentality delivering outstanding, personalized retail experience
• Open mind, eager to learn and be part of riding community
• Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (strongly desired, not required)
