• Assist the store manager in daily store management
• Supervise colleagues, plan information meetings and ensure everyone knows what to do
• Strive to provide the best possible customer experience: advise, help, provide service
• Keep an overview, optimize processes and think about improvements
• Intervene where necessary: cash register, restocking, setting up displays, handling goods transport
