Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Assist Store Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and Curaleaf brand ambassador.
• Supervise store operations: opening/closing shifts and scheduling.
• Manage cash: register counts, deposits, and basic bookkeeping.
• Oversee inventory: ordering, stock, and shrink avoidance.
• Maintain knowledge of computer systems (registers, LeafLogix).

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel 10%-25%.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry (cannabis) preferred.
• Strong leadership, salesmanship, and attention to cash handling and POS operations.
