🎯 Requirements

1+ year retail or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
1+ year retail supervisory experience.
Leadership: build and manage teams.
Strong business acumen; measure success via KPIs.
Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking).
Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends; regulated industry exp.
