📋 Description

• Assist Store Manager in leading a team to hit sales targets
• Act as Manager on Duty; represent Curaleaf brand to guests
• Provide top-notch customer service and educate guests on products
• Oversee store operations: scheduling, shifts, cash handling
• Travel 10-25% for training and coverage
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail or high-paced customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience
• Strong business acumen; measure success via financial targets
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry
