Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Help develop, lead, and motivate a team to deliver great customer experience.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and brand ambassador for Curaleaf.
• Open/close shifts, delegate tasks, and schedule team members.
• Oversee cash handling, register activity, deposits, and time/ledger reports.
• Monitor inventory and place orders to avoid outs and overstock.
• Maintain knowledge of store systems (LeafLogix, registers) and comply with policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year retail and/or customer service experience in a high-paced environment.
• Minimum of 1 year retail supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen with KPIs and financial targets.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry.
• Strong leadership and ability to build and manage teams.
