Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Assist Store Manager in leading a team to meet customer and financial targets.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and educate guests on Curaleaf products.
• Supervise scheduling, shifts, task delegation, and store operations.
• Oversee cash handling, register activity, and timekeeping accuracy.
• Monitor inventory trends and ordering to avoid stockouts/overstock.
• Maintain knowledge of computer systems (LeafLogix, POS) and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail and/or customer service in a high-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to hit financial targets and KPIs.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry.
