Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Support Store Manager in leading a team to deliver great customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty and Curaleaf brand ambassador educating guests.
• Oversee store operations: opening/closing, scheduling, task delegation.
• Manage cash handling, banking deposits, and daily ledger activities.
• Monitor inventory trends, order stock, prevent outs/overstock.
• Travel 10-25% for training and coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail or customer service in a high-paced setting.
• At least 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen focused on financial targets and KPIs.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, weekends.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry and cash handling.
