Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Assist Store Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Drive revenue opportunities through proactive communication with leadership.
• Oversee store operations: shifts, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Ensure cash handling, banking, and basic bookkeeping are controlled.
• Manage inventory: ordering, stock levels, and stock availability.
• Maintain knowledge of computer systems and software such as LeafLogix.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year retail or customer service in a high-paced environment.
• 1 year retail supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of hitting financial targets and KPIs.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage teams.
• Cash handling and POS operations attention to detail.
