📋 Description

• Assist Store Manager to lead a team and hit targets.
• Act as Manager on Duty and brand ambassador; travel 10-25%.
• Oversee store operations: scheduling, shifts, cash handling.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and avoid outs/overstock.
• Maintain knowledge of LeafLogix and POS systems.
• Coach staff on customer service and selling skills.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year retail/customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year retail supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Flexible schedule; evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong sales and revenue-driving skills.
• Cash handling and POS operations experience.
