🎯 Requirements

1+ year retail and/or customer service experience in a high-paced environment.
1+ year of retail supervisory experience.
Strong business acumen; ability to measure success via financial targets and KPIs.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
Experience in a heavily regulated industry; strong leadership and sales skills.
