Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Proactively communicate with Store Manager, District Manager and Cross-functional Partners to
• Model the way and lead selling behaviors aligned with brand culture to support building loyal
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members, offer feedback and coaching
• Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and
• Supervise the operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task
• Supervise the control of store money including register counts, withdrawals, safe deposits, change

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or customer service in a high-paced selling environment
• Minimum of 1 year retail supervisory experience
• Strong sense of business acumen and understanding of financial targets and KPIs
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends
• Previous experience in a heavily regulated industry
