Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Proactively communicate with Store Manager, District Manager and Cross-functional Partners to
• Model the way and leads selling behaviors aligned with brand culture
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members, offer feedback and coaching
• Model and share customer service best practices
• Supervise store operations and team members, including opening/closing, task delegation, scheduling
• Supervise control of store money including register counts, bank transactions, and bookkeeping

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail and/or customer service experience in high-paced selling environment
• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial targets and KPIs
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends
• Previous experience working in heavily regulated industry
