Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Proactively communicate with Store Manager, District Manager and Cross-functional Partners to
• Model and lead selling behaviors aligned with brand culture to build loyal customer relationships
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members, offer feedback and coaching.
• Model and share customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful guest
• Supervise store operations and team members, including opening/closing, shift changes, task
• Supervise control of store money including register counts, bank withdrawals, armored car pickups

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail and/or customer service experience in a high-paced selling environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong sense of business acumen and understanding of financial targets and KPIs.
• Ability to drive performance through sales metrics such as sales, ATV, UPT, or conversion.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing frontline employees.
