• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving; able to prioritize and lead through change.

• Deep understanding of KPIs, expectations, and their impact on results.
• Operational excellence in planning, merchandising, product movement, and labor management.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; able to leverage systems, tools, and data to train teams.
