📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales
• Lead store operations and enforce policies
• Hire, train, and develop store team
• Manage scheduling and payroll within budget
• Maintain inventory, pricing, and displays
• Promote BRS products with customers

🎯 Requirements

• 21+ years old
• 3 years retail management
• Full-time availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Organizational and time management skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
