Assistant Store Manager (full-time) - Programming and Special Events

📋 Description

• Support the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure the store
• Collaborate with General Manager to develop clear action plans for the store and team and strive to
• Act as a results-driven role model for the team to impact sales generation and exceptional customer
• Lead and support the oversight of the Canteen floor; acting as Manager on Duty to ensure all
• Monitor and coach staff to continually improve selling opportunities and build genuine customer
• Create and implement visual and merchandising strategies to increase sales. Utilizes selling

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work at least one weekend day/week, but ideally both!
• Open availability. This role is full-time, and you will be working approximately 40 hours / each
• Strong organization skills with a keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
• Prior work experience in any of the following areas: retail, child-care, child development/
• Excellence, enthusiasm, and excitement around engaging with children and families creatively.
