📋 Description

• Assisting with the management of an iKStore with full ownership and accountability when the Store
• Accountable for driving monthly sales, activation ratios, staff route planning for outbound
• Opening and closing the store with adherence to trading times and assisting in creating efficient
• Providing immediate support to sales agents within the iKStore network
• Overseeing stock management processes within the iKStore
• Accountable for the performance of agents based in the designated store and dialling leads

🎯 Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) is required
• Minimum 1 year field or retail experience, ideally as Assistant Store Manager or similar role
• Cold calling sales experience with ability to convert cold and warm leads
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
• Understanding of retail and branch operating dynamics
