🎯 Requirements

• Must have Canadian work authorization and be 18+.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move throughout the store.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Senior retail leadership in upscale/premium fashion brands.
• Strong people leader who develops others and builds buy-in.
• Deep operations knowledge: planning, merchandising, labour, escalation.
