• Drive store performance by leading key sales initiatives such as clienteling, owning the floor
• Leverage KPIs and core business drivers (traffic, CVR, AOV, UPT) to influence sales targets and
• Command the floor during peak segments, instilling urgency and high-energy bias for action
• Lead impactful floor meetings, training, and coaching to drive alignment and performance
• Champion a customer-first culture that builds comfort, trust, and loyalty
• Maintain operational excellence through inventory, shipment, and loss-prevention practices

• Proven experience as a senior retail leader in an upscale, premium, or fashion-forward brand
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Deep understanding of operational excellence including planning allocations, merchandising, labour
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, able to leverage systems, tools, and data
