• Drive store performance via clienteling, peak moments, and leadership in sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior retail leader with experience in upscale/fashion brands.
• Ability to lead teams in dynamic environments; motivate and adapt.
• Work authorization to legally work in Canada and 18+.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move through the store during shifts.
