📋 Description

• Oversee and execute key operational and visual processes to ensure a customer-ready store.
• Manage inventory accuracy, labor planning, scheduling, and visuals.
• Partner with GM on budget, reporting, and key business metrics.
• Champion visual standards to drive sales and customer experience.
• Support a safe work environment and develop the store team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Legal right to live/work in Germany from start.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership, accountability and talent development.
