Assistant Vice President - Finance (multiple positions available)

📋 Description

• Prepare financial and accounting reports to support business operations, financial reporting, and
• Analyze financial data and support reporting processes in accordance with U.S. GAAP, Statutory, and
• Support financial reporting and accounting processes within a public company environment.
• Perform accounting analysis related to financial services and insurance-related activities
• Utilize Excel and financial systems, including Workiva and Clearwater Analytics, to analyze data
• Prepare technical accounting documentation and support research of complex accounting issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study plus seven (7) years of
• 7 years of experience with: applying U.S. GAAP to complex transactions, including insurance and
• 5 years of experience with: supporting audit and internal control activities, including the design
• 4 years of experience with: performing finance and accounting functions in the insurance or
• Telecommuting permitted up to 20% of the week.
