📋 Description

• Daily management of the store, ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic environment
• Coach and motivate team to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer experience
• Start each day with a brief team meeting, then oversee individual responsibilities
• Serve as the face of JYSK, advising customers and ensuring they leave satisfied
• Provide training to team members to enhance performance and development
• Contribute to innovation and adopt new technologies and systems to improve customer service

🎯 Requirements

• MBO work/thinking level
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Leadership experience preferred (coaching colleagues, conducting performance/absence conversations)
• Fluent in Dutch, with basic knowledge of English
• Flexibility to work weekends at least one day and possibly evenings (koopavonden)
• Results-oriented, social, and thrive in dynamic environments
