• Assist the store manager in daily store management
• Coach colleagues, plan information meetings, and ensure everyone knows what to do
• Strive to provide the best customer experience: advise, help, provide service
• Keep an overview, optimize processes, and think about improvements
• Intervene where necessary: checkout, restocking, setting up displays, handling goods transport
