📋 Description

• Assist the store manager in the daily management of the store
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve objectives and ensure customer satisfaction
• Plan information meetings and ensure the team knows what to do
• Provide excellent customer experience: advise, help, provide service
• Maintain an overview, optimize processes, and think of improvements
• Intervene where necessary: cash desk, restocking, setting up displays, handling goods transport
