• Assist the store manager in daily store management
• Supervise and motivate team members, plan information meetings, and ensure everyone knows what to do
• Strive to provide the best possible customer experience: advise, help, provide service
• Maintain an overview, optimize processes, and think of improvements
• Intervene where necessary: cash register, stock replenishment, setting up displays, handling goods
