📋 Description

• Own key franchise deliverables for two major brands, delivering on time, on budget and to a
• Partner with production, social, music and digital games teams to bring franchise strategy to life
• Brief and work with our creative team on franchise collateral, from presentations and sell-in tools
• Plan impactful initiatives across the business, keeping franchise identity consistent across all
• Pitch to partners worldwide, spotting opportunities for global activations.
• Share insights with colleagues and measure how our materials perform, so the next ones are even

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in a busy franchise, brand or marketing team; entertainment or consumer
• A track record of executing with excellence: proactive, organised and results-oriented, with high
• Independent, calm under pressure, great at juggling priorities and open to feedback.
• Excellent communication and the confidence to pitch ideas and collaborate across functions.
• Strong presentation and IT skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A real passion for entertainment and consumer products, and a team player at heart.
