📋 Description

• Own digital production end-to-end; point of contact for Creative and stakeholders.
• Plan work from briefs; define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage daily workflow for a group of 4-6 digital creatives.
• Oversee creation of digital-first assets: CGI renders, AI imagery, derivatives.
• Track progress, dependencies, and on-time delivery across projects.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals while maintaining brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Digital Media, Design, Animation, or related.
• 4-6 years in digital production, content creation, or creative operations.
• Experienced in CGI, 3D rendering, or AI-assisted content creation.
• Experienced in leading small teams or project groups.
• Cross-functional work with creative and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with eCommerce and digital content requirements.
